The influence and patronage of those who have graduated from Christian Brothers High School constitute a powerful resource. Properly encouraged and thoughtfully directed by the Alumni Association, this resource can be applied to strengthen, protect and improve Christian Brothers, thereby shoring up the investment each alumnus has made in himself or herself. The alumni resource can also have a significant impact on the betterment of individual alumni through the process of networking and role modeling. CB alumni can be powerful advocates for each other's success.

The Alumni Association of Christian Brothers High School dates back to 1928 when then Principal, Brother Nicholas, called for the organization of students who have graduated from the school for the two-fold purpose of “continuing the relations established during high school and to aid in the development of all activities whatsoever that may be undertaken by the school”. Brother Nicholas went on to state that an organization of this type is invaluable to an educational institution for it is the connecting link between the student and graduate. That through the cooperation of the undergrads and the alumni, the mentorship for success after high school, in college, and in life, is further procured.
